Sally Bassett

Sally has worked in clinical leadership, policy and educational roles in the public, private and independent sector. As a nurse leader and qualified coach Sally’s aim has always been is to inspire and enable people and organisations to be and give their best. Sally is lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and is undertaking her professional doctorate research in the perceptions of success of the chief nurse leadership role.

Throughout her career Sally has been an advocate for critical reflective learning as an approach to gaining mastery of nursing practice. Sally is leading the All-Professional Forum Clinical Supervision Literature Review Project.
