Membership

We’ve been empowering nurses and midwives for almost a century. We know that when nurses and midwives are enabled to connect, lead, and influence healthcare, transformation happens.

Membership of FNF Academy provides the innovative space for like-minded nurses and midwives to build their confidence to lead, and we want you to be part of it.

250,000 nurses and midwives have already benefitted from the collective engagement, energy and influence that Membership brings. By 2027, we will be reaching 1 million nurse and midwife leaders worldwide.

Senior nurse leaders are eligible to become members of the FNF Academy, but all the nurses and midwives in their team then receive the benefits of membership too.
