Aspiring Digital Leadership Programme
A leadership programme for aspiring digital career nurses, midwives, AHPs and pharmacists at any stage of your career. For those of you who are taking your first steps on a digital career path and have aspirations to influence digital transformation. This three-day residential programme offers a supportive learning environment to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability. You will leave with the tools to influence organisational and patient outcomes at a local, systems, national and international level of health and social care delivery through digital transformation. Empowering Sustainable Leaders
Our unique new leadership development programme is for senior nurses, midwives and AHPs with an interest in or responsibility for the sustainability agenda. The three-day residential programme, in a remarkable setting in Cornwall, offers an immersive learning experience to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability and to take sustainable change back to your organisation. You will connect with nature and leave with the tools to influence and transform the sustainability agenda in your work setting, as well as leaving with a renewed sense of clarity, balance and motivation.
