There are so many ways you can fundraise to support the Florence Nightingale Foundation and by doing so help us to support nurses and midwives around the UK and internationallyWe’ve listed some ideas so that you can get involved or download our fundraising booklet for more information!

Make your commitment this May

This May, we’re inviting you to commit to action for FNF. Whether you take part during May or pledge to do something later in the year, what matters is the commitment – to help nurses and midwives stay, thrive, lead and transform health and care.

We’ve chosen May to honour Florence Nightingale’s birthday on 12 May and the legacy of Lamp Day, first launched in 1916. That spirit continues with our first-ever FNF Action Month.

Get involved in FNF Action month by:

  • Taking on a sports challenge: choose from hundreds of exclusive events throughout the year across the UK, from 10Ks to full marathons. It’s easy to get involved – sign up in just a few clicks!
  • Organising your own fundraiser, such as a bake sale, quiz night or workplace activity.
  • Making a donation.

Every action, big or small, makes a difference.

See all the ways you can make that commitment to FNF below. If you would like to talk to a member of the team about FNF Action Month, please contact Rebecca McLoughlin on 020 3870 5497 or email fundraising@florence-nightingale-foundation.org.uk.
