We accept commissions to deliver tailored FNF Leadership Development Programmes to all levels of the nursing and midwifery community.

Our bespoke programmes can be designed responsively and swiftly to meet the specific needs and budget of the funder. Funders are usually organisations that employ, educate or support nurses and midwives in the UK and internationally.

Utilising Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) we will explore how personality preference influence personal leadership styles and how awareness can enable the promotion of high performing teams.

Development of leadership attributes that enable influence from ward to board. Specific consideration will be given to exploring their sphere of authority in relation to share governance, systems leadership and leading upwards.
