Tracy has a background in Neurosurgical ward nursing and ICU nursing and also a Divisional governance role. Currently she is the Lead matron for Trauma & Orthopaedics, which encompasses the major trauma unit.
Tracy has a particular intertest in quality improvement and transformation and promotes this in the care group and Trust and is also involved in operational and strategic development.
