NHSEI Children’s and Young Persons’ Nurses Leadership Programme

Overview

The Florence Nightingale Foundation along with NHSE/I are pleased to offer a leadership programme to Children’s and Young Persons’ Nurses working at 8C and above.

This exciting opportunity will enable you to explore and enhance your personal leadership attributes, develop your political acumen, and enhance your influence.

This programme offers a supportive learning space to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability to influence organisational and patient outcomes at a local, systems, national and international level of healthcare delivery.

The Leadership programme will be undertaken over 6 months. You will be supported to undertake an improvement project which will enable you to apply your learning to practice. The top projects will be selected to present at the celebration event. You will join the FNF alumni community and receive ongoing networking and leadership development opportunities through events, webinars, media engagement and policy thought leadership.
