NHSEI Children’s and Young Persons’ Nurses Leadership Programme

Overview

The Florence Nightingale Foundation along with NHSE/I are pleased to offer a leadership programme to Children’s and Young Persons’ Nurses working at 8C and above.

This programme offers a supportive learning space to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability to influence organisational and patient outcomes at a local, systems, national and international level of healthcare delivery.

The Leadership programme will be undertaken over 6 months. You will be supported to undertake an improvement project which will enable you to apply your learning to practice.
