Claire Henry MBE RGN BSc (hons) PGDip

Claire Henry MBE is an executive coach, mentor, facilitator master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an independent consultant in health and care. A Registered Nurse, Visiting Fellow at the Open University and Visiting Researcher at the University of Cambridge Palliative and End of Life Care research group.

Claire has over 30 years of experience working in healthcare predominately in Palliative and End of Life Care within the statutory and voluntary sector. Where she led  national implementation, and quality improvement programmes. Claire has been actively involved in community engagement and developments nationally including Dying Matters which she led for 3 years. She was also the co- founder of the National Lung Cancer Forum for Nurses.

 Claire is passionate about quality improvement and supporting individuals in their personal and professional development.
