The Florence Nightingale Foundation, in partnership with System C, is pleased to offer a leadership programme to early digital career nurses, midwives and AHPs. These are professionals at any stage of their career who are taking their first steps on a digital career path and have aspiration to influence digital transformation.
This three-day residential programme offers a supportive learning environment to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability. Delegates will leave with the tools to influence organisational and patient outcomes at a local, systems, national and international level of health and social care delivery through digital transformation.

Cost
The three-day residential programme will cost £2,000 per delegate including full catering and accommodation.
Places can be self-funded or funded by the employer.
A limited number of places will be funded by System C following a competitive selection process. The funded places are only available to applicants who are employed in an organisation which is using System C digital solutions.
