Aspiring Digital Healthcare Leadership Programme – Residential
- Aimed at professionals at any stage of their career who are taking their first steps on a digital career path and have aspirations to influence digital transformation.
- A three day residential programme, delivered by CHIME International, offers a supportive learning environment to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability.
- Leave with the tools to influence organisational and patient outcomes at a local, systems, national and international level of health and social care delivery through digital transformation.

Emerging Clinical Leaders Programme
- Aimed at nurses and midwives working post-preceptorship in patient-facing roles across all four nations and all sectors
- The programme hopes to enable participants to develop their individual and collective leadership identity, creating a close network and sense of belonging.
- The programme will equip emerging leaders with the skills and knowledge to meet the demands of modern health and social care leadership

Leading, Creating and Sustaining Safe Cultures of Care – Residential
- Recognise the critical role of leadership in promoting and maintaining a culture of safety.
- Acquire skills to effectively lead safety initiatives, including communication, decision-making, and team building.
- Understand how to emphasise learning from errors to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop confidence to speak up, even in difficult or high-pressure situations.
- Learn about the concept of psychological safety and its importance in enabling individuals to voice their concerns without fear of negative consequences

Windrush Leadership Programme
- Clearer identification of personal leadership style and greater self-presence and personal impact.
- Deeper understanding of the impact of self on others.
- Improved confidence in speaking up and ability to understand and lead improvement.

Mary Seacole Leadership Development Programme
- Demonstrate enhanced awareness of how personality preferences influence personal effectiveness and performance in teams.
- Identify and critically appraise opportunities to influence through personal and collective authority.
- Develop strategies to express self in a manner which communicates presence, enables influence and has impact.
- Carry out a project to address inequalities in access to health services
