Leadership development programme for emerging nursing and midwifery leaders working post-preceptorship
Our leadership programmes have been described as ‘transformational’ – and with good reason. We develop nurse and midwife leaders at every career stage enabling them to stay, thrive, lead and transform health and care.
This Emerging Leaders programme enables participants to develop their individual and collective leadership identity, as well as creating a close network and sense of belonging. It will equip nurses and midwives with the skills and knowledge to meet the demands of modern health and social care leadership.
"This programme has given me better insight to understanding what type of leader I am and given me the confidence to have difficult conversations. "
Adesola Oriola, Deputy Sister, York and Scarborough NHS Trust
