Florence Nightingale Foundation facilitates a number of Subject Expert Groups (SEGs) to create change on issues identified by our members, scholars, and alumni as most important to them as nurses and midwives working across a range of sectors and to better patient outcomes.

We currently have three SEGs:

  • Early Careers
  • Sustainability
  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

The SEGs sit within the FNF Policy and Influence Think Tank and are comprised of individuals who have professional expertise or lived experience in the area of focus. SEG members commit to working collaboratively to use their collective networks to influence the policy agenda and contribute to the evidence base. SEGs have UK and global representation. Please scroll down to find out more.
