Join the Florence Nightingale Foundation (FNF) and NAME UK for a live panel discussion marking ten years of Nursing and Midwifery Excellence. We’ve brought together leaders who’ve spent a decade in the excellence space — people who’ve built education programmes, led Magnet and Pathway to Excellence journeys, run assessment and accreditation schemes, embedded shared governance, and shaped how we recognise and reward staff.

This isn’t a highlights reel. Our panel will be asked the thorny questions: what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what they’d do differently if they were starting again today. Expect honest reflections across all five pillars of excellence — education, designation, accreditation, governance, and recognition.
