Exclusively for FNF Academy members, alumni and scholars.

This exciting new project celebrates and supports internationally educated nurses and midwives (IENMs) working across the UK. Together, we will explore how to improve retention, support career growth, and unlock leadership potential — while also strengthening learning between the UK and the world.

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • Why this project is needed and what it hopes to achieve.
  • How internationally educated nurses and midwives can get involved and share their voices.
  • Opportunities to showcase case studies and good practice from across the UK.
  • Next steps for shaping a stronger, fairer, and more supportive future for IENMs.

Who Should Attend:

  • Internationally educated nurses and midwives working in the UK.
  • Colleagues, allies, and leaders who want to better support IENMs.
  • Educators, workforce leads, and policy influencers interested in retention and leadership development.
