Leadership development programme for established nursing and midwifery leaders
Our leadership programmes have been described as ‘transformational’ – and with good reason. We help develop, support and retain nurses and midwives by supporting and strengthening individuals, organisations and whole healthcare systems.
It enables participants to further develop their individual and collective leadership identity, as well as creating a close network and sense of belonging.
The programme will equip established nurses and midwives with the additional skills and knowledge to better meet the demands of modern health and social care leadership.
“FNF has greatly improved my self-awareness and introspection. I am now more confident when communicating, particularly using active listening. The course is invaluable to all active and aspiring leaders.”
Who is the programme for?
The Established Clinical leaders programme is for nurses and midwives working in patient-facing roles at Agenda for Change Band 7 to 8a or equivalent, across all sectors and all four UK-nations.
“I enjoyed the delivery of the course. It was inspirational and made me want to become a better leader. It was great to meet different professionals and hear that we are all in similar boats.”
