Policy and Research Intern

Maranda joined FNF as a new Policy and Research Intern in November 2025.

With a background in biomedical engineering and public health, Maranda has a passion for utilising data, evidence, and storytelling to influence policy and improve health outcomes. She has a particular interest in vulnerable populations, having completed a policy brief dissertation on the mental health of asylum seekers and refugees in Scotland and currently working on a short documentary about women’s health.

Outside of work, Maranda enjoys spending time with friends, playing volleyball and softball, and travelling.
