People and Operations Officer
Keasha Brockett joined FNF in August 2026, she has worked in the charity sector for almost five years, with experience spanning executive support, operations and human resources.
In roles including Executive Assistant, Office Manager and HR Officer, she has worked closely with senior leaders while overseeing a broad range of operational activities, supporting the employee lifecycle and driving improvements to organisational processes.
Keasha has developed a particular interest in creating efficient, people-centred systems and workflows that simplify processes, improve consistency and enable organisations to operate more effectively. She enjoys identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working, embedding practical solutions and improving processes that support colleagues and strengthen orgnisational effectiveness.
Alongside her operational and HR responsibilities, Keasha served as EDI Lead, working collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen inclusion, grow staff networks and create opportunities for meaningful employee engagement.
Keasha enjoys finding practical ways to improve how organisations work, helping to create environments where people and teams can do their best work.
