Interim Senior Leadership Programme Manager
Kate Suart joined FNF in September 2026 as our Interim Senior Leadership Programme Manager. Before joining the Florence Nightingale Foundation, Kate worked across the charity, education and youth sectors, leading programmes, partnerships and organisational change.
Most recently, she was Head of Programme Operations at Bertha Earth, where she led the operational and strategic delivery of a growing environmental education programme, working across teams, schools and partners to expand its reach and impact. Earlier in her career, she held senior programme and community roles at British Exploring Society, The Brokerage and Future Foundations.
Kate is passionate about bringing people, organisations and resources together around a shared purpose. She brings experience in organisational leadership, programme delivery and partnership development, and enjoys working with people to turn ideas into well-run programmes that make a real difference. At FNF, she is focused on providing operational leadership across the Academy programmes, supporting the team and working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, impactful leadership programmes.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly walking, running and open water swimming during the summer. She also enjoys her weekly pottery classes and painting when she has the time.
