Communications and Marketing Officer

Emily Broomhead is the Communications and Marketing Officer at the Florence Nightingale Foundation.

Her role includes content design and creation for the FNF social media channels, updating and creating website content, designing materials to showcase FNF scholarships and leadership programmes and all sorts of other design work including the annual report. Emily also works on the FNF monthly newsletters for over 10,000 people and supports on any communication and marketing need.

She has worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years and started her role with FNF in August 2022. She has a depth of knowledge and experience in communications, marketing and campaigns.

Emily helps to raise awareness of FNF and the incredible work it does to support nurses and midwives, and is enjoying both the challenges and rewards of this role.

In her spare time, she enjoys walks in the countryside or by the sea with her family and dog, she also enjoys baking, watching films and reading.
