Communications and Marketing Officer

Emily Broomhead is the Communications and Marketing Officer at the Florence Nightingale Foundation.

Emily’s role includes content design and creation for the FNF social media channels, updating and creating website content, designing materials to showcase FNF scholarships and leadership programmes and all sorts of other design work including the annual report, policy documents and the Student toolkit. She also works on the FNF monthly newsletters which go to over 12,000 people and supports on any communication and marketing need.

Emily has worked in the voluntary sector for over 25 years and started her role with FNF in August 2022. She has a depth of knowledge and experience in communications, marketing and campaigns. She helps to raise awareness of FNF and the work it does to support nurses and midwives.

Emily works remotely and is lucky to live close to the beautiful Peak District where she enjoys walks with her family and dog.
