Head of People and Operations
Charlotte Jones joined FNF in January 2025 in a newly created role of Head of People and Operations.
After almost a decade in commercial event operations, Charlotte has spent the past 7 years in operational roles in the not-for-profit sector. She has a particular passion for helping small organisations scale up effectively and led on building out the operational support functions at her previous organisation; The Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change. With experience spanning business operations, finance, HR, fundraising, strategy, governance, legal, membership, and IT, Charlotte is most at home solving problems and driving sustainable improvements.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys running, sewing and cooking, as well as spending time with her family.
