Through our facilitated peer-to-peer learning, our courses will help strengthen nurses’ and midwives’ ability to lead and influence. Working in small cohorts, participants gain greater self-awareness, political acumen and emotional intelligence, enabling them to work more effectively and constructively with others.

We can offer face-to-face or online leadership programmes: often a blend of both.
