Camilla Massara joined the Florence Nightingale Foundation in July 2025 as People and Operations Officer.

She brings nearly 20 years of experience in the charity sector, having worked across a wide range of roles including operations, office management, HR, finance, governance and process improvement, as well as event and membership management. Passionate about creating efficient and inclusive systems, Camilla enjoys supporting teams to thrive.

Outside of work Camilla loves spending time in nature, hiking, travelling and keeping active.
