Lucy Wiltshire

Prior to establishing her own consultancy business in 2021, Lucy spent more than 10 years working directly with board members, executive directors, senior clinical and non-clinical leaders and key stakeholders across healthcare organisations as well as higher education and with commercial partners within a large acute NHS Trust. She has extensive experience as a leadership practitioner and started her twenty-six-year career in the NHS as an HR professional.

 
Lucy is an experienced and business focused senior leader working across large complex organisations to influence and deliver strategies for improving culture and leadership, performance and improvement capability.


Examples of recent work include:
• Commissioned, implemented and was part of the delivery team for a large-scale
cultural change programme within a large acute trust which was recognised by the Care Quality Commission as an area of outstanding practice
• Being part of the faculty to deliver the National NHS Nye Bevan programme to over
1000 NHS leaders
• Co-design and commissioning of a year long action learning set train the trainer
programme for senior medical consultants.
• Co-design and delivery of a Board development programme and senior leadership programmes within a large acute Trust


Lucy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, is an
experienced and qualified coach and holds an MSc in Professional Management. Lucy
is accredited to administer MBTI tools, 360 feedback and is also an AffinaOD Team
Coach.
