Amy Dunmall

Amy is an executive coach, facilitator and consultant, specialising in enabling increased awareness, improved communication and effective working relationships. Amy works relationally and creatively with the aim of enabling compassionate, person centred and caring cultures. She works with leaders to transform and navigate the challenges they face in today’s increasingly complex and uncertain world.

She has trained in Deeper Listening, Compassionate Communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Advanced Facilitation and as an Executive Coach and Mentor. She recently gained certification as a Relational Organisational Practitioner.

She works with several national organisations facilitating leadership development, reflective practice spaces, Resilience Based Clinical Supervision and is a mentor to Schwartz Round Facilitators with the Point of Care Foundation.

She is currently working with West Yorkshire Integrated Care System Staff Mental Health and Well-being Hub facilitating organisational and systemic approaches to enable staff support and flourishing.

Amy had a 24 year career in nursing, education, service improvement and leadership within the NHS and voluntary sector. She worked in different organisations across acute, community and hospice care, most recently as a senior leader for innovation, improvement and professional development for a large NHS acute trust.
