FNF collects and processes the following data:

These measures may include physical and technical security access controls or other safeguards, information security technologies and policies, procedures to help ensure the appropriate disposal of information, and training programmes.
The Foundation retains user data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
This means that we retain different categories of data for different periods of time depending on the type of data, the category of user to whom the data relates, and the purposes for which we collected the data. Users may request deletion of their details at any time, but FNF may retain user data after a deletion request due to legal or regulatory requirements.
Marketing
FNF would like to send you information about our services and to stay in contact with you. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. If you make an ‘opt-out’ request, we have 30 days to respond to you. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.
