CHIME International
CHIME International is the global network for digital health leaders. We educate and empower the people leading digital transformation in health and care. Everyone from NHS Trusts and ICSs, to ministries of health, health boards, and provider networks around the world.
CHIME has worked with the Florence Nightingale Foundation and NHS England for six years to build and deliver unique digital leadership education programmes for nurses and midwives. The learning gained on our programmes quickly translates to improve patient care using digital technology and data management. We believe digital health has the power to transform the way we plan and provide patient care, and CHIME’s mission is to empower those working in health and care to make the most of these opportunities to lead transformation.

Sarah Garrett Consulting provides support for frontline teams, senior leaders and executives on leadership and organisational development.
Sarah has a background in the NHS and has spent much of her career working nationally and internationally on new approaches to improving the safety, quality and experience of care. She has worked with the Florence Nightingale Foundation since 2018, and ran over 30 FNF leadership development and scholarship programmes as an Associate with The King’s Fund. Sarah works closely with established partners who also have extensive experience in healthcare. Our backgrounds include nursing and social care, quality improvement, patient safety, management and senior leadership.
Together, we create safe, inclusive learning spaces which enable people to slow down and think more deeply. We offer concepts and frameworks anchored in research, and help people to explore these through their own lived experience and perspectives and to strengthen their influence and leadership within their own context.
