The Florence Nightingale Foundation is offering a new tailored opportunity for registered Nursing Associates, whether in the NHS, social care or private healthcare, to join our interactive online leadership programme.
Nursing Associates play a vital and growing role in delivering high-quality patient care. The online Leadership Fundamentals course will empower them to build skills and confidence, improve team communication, and drive safer, more effective clinical practice. Investing in Nursing Associates’ development also supports workforce retention and progression, helping build a confident, future-ready nursing workforce.
The programme is open for commissions, and a minimum of 20 places need to be booked by any commissioning body.

Eligibility Requirements
- Participants must be a registered Nursing Associate with the NMC.
Participants must be practicing in the UK.
