Free limited places available
Thanks to The Sandra Charitable Trust, we have an opportunity for early career nurses or midwives, working anywhere in the UK, to join our interactive online leadership programme. We have limited free places available open to individuals from across the four nations of the UK to apply for.
Participants of this online programme will get the chance to develop their own authentic leadership style and to enhance their skills; enabling them to improve their service and boost career opportunities.
The course consists of 30-40 hours of self-directed study over two and a half months, with a live event at the start and end of the programme, as well as after module 5.
The programme is suitable for:
- All registered nurses or midwives working anywhere in the UK.
- All registered nurses or midwives who identify as early career (we will give first priority to those people who registered in the past five years).
Applications will close by 5 December 2025 or once the places are filled.
