Academy Operations Manager

Po Yee Lam is an Academy Operations Manager at the Florence Nightingale Foundation (FNF). She joined FNF in October 2025.

Prior to working at FNF, Po Yee dedicated her career to public service, notably as the founder of a charity that campaigned for sexual and reproductive health and rights, establishing critical advocacy and services for young women and girls. She also holds an EMBA from Chicago Booth, a Master’s Degree in Non-profit Management from the University of Hong Kong and Sociology degree in Lingnan University.
