Head of Fundraising
Rebecca brings over 15 years of experience in the charity sector, with 13 of those focused on medical charities. She has held senior fundraising roles at the David Nott Foundation and Chelsea Children’s Hospital Charity at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where she was instrumental in driving strategic growth and increasing impact. Before moving into the charity sector, Rebecca spent a decade in the corporate world as a Chartered Surveyor.
At the Florence Nightingale Foundation, she heads our fundraising work to secure vital support for the Foundation’s mission to equip nurses and midwives with the skills, confidence and leadership to lead change and improve care across the UK and beyond.
