I applied to become a Clinical Education Improvement Fellow to build my skillset, knowledge and network in order to drive positive sustainable change within the NHS. I believe my passion for education as well as the opportunities for development and growth provided within the fellowship will allow me to become a dynamic and impactful future leader.
