Our unique leadership development programme is for senior nurses, midwives and AHPs with an interest in or responsibility for the environmental sustainability agenda.
The three-day residential programme, in a remarkable setting in Cornwall, offers an immersive learning experience to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability.
Delegates will connect with nature and leave with the tools to influence and transform the sustainability agenda in their work setting.
