Calling all #TeamFlorence members and alumni!

The Florence Nightingale Foundation has been commissioned by NHS England/Improvement to explore the influence of leadership, culture, and hierarchy on clinical staff, including students, raising concerns relating to patient deterioration. The work will inform a national programme of activity to improve early clinical action or support which could prevent deterioration.
The first phase of this work is to undertake focused discussions with groups of staff, patients and carers. Our aim is to collectively explore these issues of leadership, culture, and hierarchy in depth. The groups will last for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and be facilitated via video conferencing.
