Allied Health Professional Leadership Development Programme

Overview

The Florence Nightingale Foundation along with NHSE/I and HEE NE Yorkshire are pleased to offer a leadership programme to Allied Health professionals (AHP) working in the West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Humber and North Yorkshire and Northeast Integrated Care Systems.

This exciting opportunity will be open to band 7 and 8a practitioners and will enable you to explore and enhance your sphere of influence with authority for the benefit of your service and workforce.

This programme offers a supportive learning space to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability to influence organisational and patient outcomes,

Programme Structure

The Leadership programme will be undertaken over six months and includes

Day 7

You will be supported to undertake an improvement project which will enable you to apply your learning to practice. The top projects will be selected to present at the celebration event.

You will join the FNF alumni community and receive ongoing networking and leadership development opportunities through events, webinars, media engagement and policy thought leadership.

The application, shortlisting and selection processes will be administered nationally by the Florence Nightingale Foundation with Nuffield Health representation at shortlisting and interview.
