Interim Director of Operations
Abi Shapiro is our Interim Director of Operations, she started her career in the creative sector, overseeing the Selfridges window displays before moving on to manage and grow an independent design agency.
Abi managed operational functions in various private sector businesses for a decade before transitioning to not-for-profit organisations.
Abi works primarily in interim operational and strategic roles for charities going through periods of growth or change, and is passionate about social justice, having previously worked with charities focusing on women’s rights and education as well as cultural institutions.
She is delighted to be part of the FNF team and joining such an ambitious and impactful organisation.
